What this is

Ten statements. You rate yourself on each one. Then you get a score out of 50, one thing you're already doing well, and one place to work next.

It's a quick read and not the full assessment. The full LBL-10 assessment is 100 statements, ten per competency, and it is part of the LBL-10 workshop.

Nobody is grading this. The result is only as good as your answers, so answer the way you actually behave and not the way you'd like to.

Every statement has the same five answers, from 1 = Almost Never to 5 = Consistently. Pick the one that fits how you behave most weeks. All ten are required.
