LBL-10 Leadership Quick Check

Ten statements about how you lead

One statement for each of the ten LBL-10 competencies. It takes about three minutes.

Start the ten statements

What this is

Ten statements. You rate yourself on each one. Then you get a score out of 50, one thing you're already doing well, and one place to work next.

It's a quick read and not the full assessment. The full LBL-10 assessment is 100 statements, ten per competency, and it is part of the LBL-10 workshop.

Nobody is grading this. The result is only as good as your answers, so answer the way you actually behave and not the way you'd like to.

The ten statements

Every statement has the same five answers, from 1 = Almost Never to 5 = Consistently. Pick the one that fits how you behave most weeks. All ten are required.

1. Lead Yourself First
My actions match my expectations of others.
2. Build Trust
People feel safe bringing me problems.
3. Communicate with Purpose
I listen without interrupting.
4. Bridge Organizational Gaps
I translate company goals into team actions.
5. Lead Change
I explain why change is needed.
6. Build High-Reliability Teams
I address poor performance promptly.
7. Coach Future Leaders
I teach instead of taking over.
8. Make Better Decisions
I gather facts before deciding.
9. Create Accountability
I address missed commitments.
10. Leave a Leadership Legacy
I document good practices.

All ten are required. The button sends your answers.

Your answers are saved without your name and without your email address. If you want the letter afterward, you can give an email address on the result page.
